* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of northeast Kansas, including the following counties, Atchison and Doniphan and Missouri, including the following counties, Andrew, Buchanan, Daviess, DeKalb, Gentry and Holt. * WHEN...Until 700 AM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 636 PM CDT, the transportation department reported flooding in the warned area. Several roads are closed in the warning area and are expected to remain so for several more hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
