Description:
* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations
between 8 and 16 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph causing
areas of very poor visibility in blowing snow with significant
drifting of the snow on the ground.
* WHERE...Warren County.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and
Thursday morning commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There may be a lull in snowfall Thursday
afternoon into early Friday morning as the mean, steering low
level winds shift more to the west-southwest, but heavy snowfall
is likely again Friday through Sunday morning.
