* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations 1 to 2 feet in the most persistent lake snows. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Southern Erie Counties. The greatest snowfall will be across the higher terrain inland from Lake Erie, south of the Buffalo Southtowns. * WHEN...Until 6 PM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult at times with snow covered roads and poor visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
