Description:
* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations of 1
to 2 feet in the most-persistent snow. Winds gusting as high as 35
mph will produce blowing snow at times.
* WHERE...Crawford and Erie Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult or impossible at times due
to deep snow cover on roads and poor visibility. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light to moderate lake effect snow will
redevelop after roughly midnight tonight. Periods of heavy lake
effect snow with snowfall rates up to 2 inches per hour are
expected from about daybreak Friday through this weekend.
Instruction:
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.

During lake effect snow, the weather can vary from bands of locally
