Winds gusting as high as 40 mph produce areas of blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...Northern Cayuga, Oswego, and Lewis Counties. The greatest accumulations will likely focus across central and southern Oswego County and far northern Cayuga County. * WHEN...Until 6 PM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult with deep snow cover on roads and very poor visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday evening commute.
