* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations between 6 and 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will produce blowing snow at times, primarily close to the lakeshore. * WHERE...Crawford, Northern Erie, and Southern Erie Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult or impossible at times due to deep snow cover on roads and poor visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Periods of heavy lake effect snow with snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour are expected through Saturday.
