* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations
between 2 and 4 inches with locally higher amounts up to 6 inches.
* WHERE...Warren County.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult at times due to snow
covered roads and poor visibility.
