* WHAT...Moderate lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations 4 to 7 inches in the most persistent lake snows. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Southern Erie Counties. The greatest accumulations will be across higher terrain. * WHEN...Until 6 PM EST Sunday. The majority of the additional accumulations will be today through this evening. * IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult at times with snow covered roads. Areas of blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility.
