Description:
* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations
between 8 and 16 inches within the most persistent snow bands.
Lesser amounts outside the heaviest bands and up to 2 feet
possible over western Oneida county. Winds gusting as high as 35
mph.
* WHERE...Madison, Northern Oneida, Onondaga, and Southern Oneida
Counties.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible within
heaviest snow bands. Areas of blowing snow could significantly
reduce visibility.
Instruction:
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
