* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations
between 8 and 16 inches within the most persistent snow bands.
Lesser amounts outside the heaviest bands with the heaviest totals
over western Oneida county.
* WHERE...Madison, Northern Oneida, Onondaga, and Southern Oneida
Counties.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
