* WHAT...For the Lake Effect Snow Warning, heavy lake effect snow.
Additional snow accumulations up to two inches. For the Winter
Storm Watch, heavy lake effect snow possible. Total snow
accumulations 6 inches or more possible. Winds could gust as high
as 35 mph.
* WHERE...McKean County.
* WHEN...For the Lake Effect Snow Warning, until 7 PM EST this
evening. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Wednesday afternoon
through late Thursday night.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Tuesday evening, Wednesday evening, and Thursday
morning commutes.
