create hazardous conditions for small craft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest winds and waves will occur over
the central and eastern portions of the lake.
Instruction:
Boaters on Lake Moultrie should use extra caution since strong winds
and rough waves can overturn small craft.
