* WHAT...Minor coastal flooding with 1 to 2.5 feet of inundation around high tide late this afternoon. * WHERE...In Louisiana, Lower St. Bernard, Southeast St. Tammany, Eastern Orleans and Lower Plaquemines Parishes. In Mississippi, Southern Hancock, Southern Harrison and Southern Jackson Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected during high tide cycles.
Instruction: 
If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property.
