* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 20
kt with gusts up to 25 kt and waves 1 to 2 ft. For the Low Water
Advisory, abnormally low water levels.
* WHERE...Currituck Sound, North Landing River, and Back Bay.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM EST this
evening. For the Low Water Advisory, until 10 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
Instruction:
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due
to below normal water levels.
