Coastal Waters of Saint Croix...
Coastal Waters east of Puerto Rico, around Vieques, and around and
just north of Culebra and Saint John...
Coastal Waters of Southern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...
At 127 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was
located over the eastern local Caribbean waters, about 6 miles south
of Patillas, moving northeast at 10 knots.
Instruction:
Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
