Coastal Waters east of Puerto Rico, around Vieques, and around and just north of Culebra and Saint John... Coastal Waters from Cabo San Juan to the waters between Anegada Island and Virgin Gorda and North 10 NM... At 357 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located over the waters just south of Saint John, moving east at 10 knots.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
