At 924 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a group of showers and
thunderstorms over the offshore and nearshore Caribbean waters,
south of Puerto Rico. Some of these thunderstorms are capable of
producing winds to around 30 knots and were moving moving NNW at 15
knots.
Instruction:
Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
