* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of north central Nebraska, including the following counties, Brown and Keya Paha. * WHEN...Until 400 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. The main threats are along Turkey and Middle Creeks in southwestern Keya Paha County. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1002 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Norden and North River Trail. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
