The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM EDT this evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AFFECTED AREA... Brevard, Indian River, Okeechobee, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Volusia counties. * WIND...North-northwest around 15 mph with gusts to 20 mph to 25 mph. * HUMIDITY...25 to 35 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
