* WHAT...Dangerous rip currents expected. * WHERE...Gulf County Beaches. * WHEN...From 11 AM EST /10 AM CST/ this morning through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A high rip current risk along west-facing Gulf County beaches early this morning will decrease through he morning, thanks to an overnight wind shift from northwest to north. The high risk will end late this morning.
Instruction: 
Swim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax and float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the shore and call or wave for help.
