Southwestern Steuben County in central New York...
* Until 530 PM EDT.
* At 429 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Troupsburg,
or 18 miles south of Hornell, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include...
Canisteo, Addison, Woodhull, Jasper, Troupsburg, Cameron,
Greenwood, Lawrenceville, West Cameron, and Young Hickory.
Instruction:

building.
Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning
are occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is
