Description:
At 613 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 3 miles northwest of Dwight to near Alta Vista to 6
miles northeast of Council Grove Lake, moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Council Grove, White City, Alta Vista, Dwight, Parkerville, and
Council Grove Lake.
