* At 1012 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles east of
Elkins, or 41 miles northeast of Roswell, moving northeast at 45
mph.
HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles.
