Description:
At 349 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Maljamar, or 28
miles west of Lovington, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northeastern Eddy County.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 PM MDT for southeastern
New Mexico.

building.
