At 423 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm was located near Crockett Lake,
or 18 miles northeast of Bonham, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northeastern Fannin County, including the following locations...
Monkstown, Elwood, Telephone, Carson, and Allens Point.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 600 PM CST for north central
Texas.
