Description:
* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 15 to 20 kt
with gusts up to 25 kt and rough bay waters expected. For the
Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels expected,
especially over northern portions of Galveston Bay.
* WHERE...Galveston Bay.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until noon CST Wednesday.
For the Low Water Advisory, from 2 AM to noon CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Below
normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating
conditions.
Instruction:
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due
to below normal water levels.
