* WHERE...Inner waters from Point Mugu to San Mateo Pt. CA
including Santa Catalina and Anacapa Islands. Winds will be
strongest winds from Santa Monica to Point Mugu and out to
Anacapa Island, and south of Redondo Beach.
* WHEN...Until noon PST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
