* WHAT...Combined seas 11 to 13 ft this morning building to 14
to 17 ft this afternoon. Bar conditions to rough becoming
severe with breakers this afternoon. Maximum ebb currents will
occur around 1230 PM this afternoon, 1245 AM tonight and 130
PM Thursday afternoon.
* WHERE...Grays Harbor Bar.
* WHEN...Until 10 PM PST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft
especially when navigating in or near harbor entrances.
