Description:
* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, seas around 10 ft at
13 seconds. For the second Small Craft Advisory, south winds 20
to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt. Seas building and becoming
steep 7 to 10 feet Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday morning.
Winds ease to 15 to 25 kt Wednesday, but elevated west swell
will bring combined seas of 9 to 12 feet at 14 seconds Wednesday
afternoon into Thursday.
* WHERE...All areas.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM PST this
afternoon. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 2 PM Tuesday to
4 PM PST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
damage smaller vessels.
