HAZARD...Whiteout conditions with near zero visibility associated with intense bursts of heavy snow and gusty winds leading to blowing snow. Wind gusts up to 35 mph. SOURCE...Radar and webcams. IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous within minutes. This includes the following highways... Northeast Extension between mile markers 61 and 88. Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 292 and 312. Interstate 80 in New Jersey between mile markers 2 and 7. Interstate 380 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 2.
