Ramsey County in east central Minnesota... * Until 1130 AM CST. * At 1042 AM CST, a dangerous snow squall was located over Champlin, or 15 miles north of Minneapolis, moving southeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty winds leading to blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind gusts greater than 35 mph. SOURCE...Radar and webcams.
