Northeastern Monroe County in west central Wisconsin... * Until 145 PM CST. * At 1242 PM CST, a dangerous snow squall was located 7 miles east of Tomah, moving southeast at 45 mph. The I-90/94 corridor will be impacted from Tomah to Wisconsin Dells. HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty winds leading to blowing snow and visibility rapidly falling to less than one-quarter mile. Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar and observed. Highway road cameras showed near whiteout conditions near Warrens at 1235 pm in the squall. IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous within minutes.
