Description:
At 944 PM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located near Lynchburg,
moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Flash freeze on roads. Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty
winds leading to blowing snow and visibility rapidly
falling to less than one-quarter mile. Wind gusts up to 35
mph.

IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous
within minutes.

Hillsboro, Blanchester, Lynchburg, Leesburg, New Vienna, Marshall,
Rocky Fork Point, Highland Holiday, Russell, Woodville, Martinsville,
Newtonsville, Fayetteville, Midland, Highland, St. Martin, Chasetown,
East Monroe, Samantha, and Morrisville.
Instruction:
Slow Down! Be prepared for sudden loss of traction and rapid changes
in visibility. Wet roadways will quickly freeze. Black ice will cause
roads, bridges and overpasses to become slick and dangerous.
Do not stand along or near the roadway if you are in an accident.
Quickly exit your vehicle and move as far away from the roadway as
possible ONLY when it is safe to do so.
