Northeastern Jerauld County in central South Dakota... * Until 815 PM CDT. * At 737 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 6 miles north of Yale to near Cavour to 8 miles southeast of Rosehill Dam, moving southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. At 729 PM a 63 mph wind was reported at the Huron Airport. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. * Severe thunderstorms will be near... Huron, Cavour, Yale, and Virgil around 740 PM CDT.
