* At 127 AM AST, a cluster with severe thunderstorms capable of
producing waterspouts was located across the local Atlantic Waters
of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. These thunderstorms
were moving west at 10 to 15 knots.
HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
Instruction:
Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
