* Until 615 PM AST.
* At 513 PM AST, a severe thunderstorm producing waterspouts was
located over mainly areas across the Mona Passage and Coastal
Caribbean waters, moving east at 20 knots.
HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
* The severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
