CLINTON...NORTHEASTERN CLEARFIELD...AND NORTHEASTERN MIFFLIN
COUNTIES...
HAZARDS...A lake effect snow band accompanied by winds of 20 MPH
which can rapidly reduce visibility to less than a quarter of a mile.
LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 1012 AM EST, a lake effect snow band was
along a line extending from 19 miles northeast of Clearfield to 13
miles north of Lewistown and moving very slowly to the northeast.
For those driving on Interstate 80, this includes areas between the
Kylertown and Lamar exits, specifically from mile markers 145 to 166.
This includes Interstate 99 from mile markers 80 to 85.
This includes the following highways...
Route 220 from Bellefonte to near Bellefonte on I-80.
State Road 26 from Pleasant Gap to I-80.
State Road 45 from Old Fort to Millheim.
