Description:
HAZARDS...A snow squall which can rapidly reduce visibility to less
than a quarter of a mile.
LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 140 PM MST, a snow squall was along a line
extending from 15 miles northwest of Fruita to 25 miles northwest of
Grand Junction and moving southeast at 15 MPH.
LOCATIONS IMPACTED...
This squall will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern Roan
and Tavaputs Plateaus and northwestern Grand Valley Counties.
This includes Colorado 139 between mile markers 4 and 17.
SAFETY INFO...
Use extra caution if you must travel into or through this squall.
Rapid changes in visibility and potentially slick roads may lead to
accidents.
