Binghamton, Johnson City, Kirkwood, Maine, Danby, Nanticoke, Port Dickinson, Berkshire, Newark Valley, and Windsor. This includes the following highway exits... New York Interstate 81 between 1 and 7. Interstate 86/Route 17 between 70 North and 80. Interstate 88 between 1 and 5. SAFETY INFO... Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations.
