Description:
At 1210 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southeast of Meeteetse, moving northeast at 5 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail
damage to vegetation is possible and be heavy enough to
cover the ground.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of north central Hot
Springs and southeastern Park Counties.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
