Description: 
At 833 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Barton City to 10 miles southwest of Balta to 5 miles north of Benedict. Movement was east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Rugby, Velva, Towner, Drake, Anamoose, Denbigh, Karlsruhe, Balta, Barton, Barton City, Berwick, Voltaire, Balfour, Bantry, Kief, Bergen, Silva, Selz, George Lake, and Orrin.
Instruction: 
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio stations and available television stations for additional information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for north central North Dakota.
