Description:
At 940 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Lake Valley, or 23 miles north of Crownpoint, moving northeast at 40
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Nageezi, Chaco Canyon, and Lake Valley.
Instruction:
