At 304 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Cuba to 10 miles northwest of San Ysidro. Movement was northeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Jemez Springs, Fenton Lake State Park, Jemez State Monument, Youngsville, Coyote, Canon, and Ponderosa. This includes Highway 550 between Mile Markers 35 and 47.
