At 343 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Dixon to Rio En Medio in Santa Fe County. Movement was northeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Chimayo, Tres Ritos, Rio Chiquito, Penasco, Cundiyo, Rio En Medio in Santa Fe County, Truchas, Velarde, La Puebla, and Rio Lucio. This includes State Road 518 between Mile Markers 48 and 64.
