Description:
At 406 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11
miles southeast of Torreon Navajo Mission, or 22 miles south of Cuba,
moving northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Jemez Springs, Fenton Lake State Park, and Jemez State Monument.
This includes Highway 550 between Mile Markers 34 and 53.
Instruction:

building.
