Description:
At 627 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles northwest of Cuyama, or 34 miles northeast of Santa Ynez,
moving west at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Highway 166 between Twitchell Dam and the Cuyama Valley...
and Carrizo Plain.
Instruction:
