At 828 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Rowe to 17 miles west of Ramon. Movement was east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Las Vegas, Santa Rosa, Fort Sumner, Vaughn, Tecolote, Puerto De Luna, Dilia, Romeroville, Villanueva, and Villanueva State Park. This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 232 and 287. Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 312 and 346. Highway 285 between Mile Markers 164 and 204. Highway 60 between Mile Markers 267 and 328. State Road 104 between Mile Markers 1 and 31. State Road 283 between Mile Markers 1 and 4.
