Description:
At 425 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong
thunderstorms along a line from 8 miles south of Tecolote to 11
miles east of Clines Corners, moving northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Villanueva State Park, Villanueva, Anton Chico, Sena, Tecolotito,
Milagro, Chapelle and Los Montoyas.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 222 and 244.
Highway 285 between Mile Markers 241 and 245.
Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 329 and 330.
