At 841 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Lake Mcclellan, or 20 miles north of Clarendon, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Mclean, Alanreed, Lake Mcclellan, and Kellerville. This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 125 and 149.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for the Panhandle of Texas.
