Description:
At 1148 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Lawrenceville to near Gasburg to near
Littleton. Movement was east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, heavy rain, and frequent
lightning.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Reduced visibility and minor flooding
possible. Frequent cloud to ground lightning strikes.

Radium around 1200 AM EDT.
Purdy around 1205 AM EDT.
Roanoke Rapids, Emporia, and Gaston around 1210 AM EDT.

Pleasant Shade, Henrico, Bryants Corner, and Slates Corner.
